Innovation Camp is a Samsung Italy project of corporate social responsibility, promoted in collaboration with Randstad and Accenture, with the goal of training “innovation designers”, a role that embodies a range of multidisciplinary skills in areas that include business, marketing, and technology, in order to create new business opportunities. It is an e-learning course that is free of charge and reserved for young people under the age of 30 who are either students or have finished school and are looking for work. The idea is to provide these young people with the opportunity to increase their employability with skills in communication and managing digital technologies within an organization. At the end of the course, participants are assigned internships within a variety of companies.
Meridian Communications has a longstanding relationship with Samsung Italy in promoting their projects of corporate social responsibility. For Innovation Camp, we handled all promotion with universities with the goal of attracting the greatest number of students possible. By the end of the campaign, over 4,000 young people had signed up.
